Hey Allison, long time no talk - I, too, saw this beautiful picture on Wednesday night at New Comm. And yes, your dad did gush for quite some time!!! Anyway, he mentioned you have published two books, so I thought I'd Google you and see how famous you are. I came across your blogs, and wanted to say hi. I think you've been in contact with Shelly a few times, over the past few years, and wasn't sure if you knew we had a son. Little booger is almost 2 now, and is quite a bundle of fun.
Anyway, thought I'd drop you a note and encourage you to continue writing good stuff!!! BTW, my step-father still talks about the book I had your dad sign for him!! :)
I'm still trying my best to write and be creative - in fact God has led me on a recent journey to create a website for Christian Dads. It's awesome how I finally feel that I am using my spiritual gifts!
